Selected delete function to remove vibrating repeat alarm. The edit will not sync to the fusion. iPhone screen shows a bold line thru the alarm time but repeatedly get message that alarm did not sync to device. Even tried restarting and shutting off notifications but no effect. Have tried to shut this alarm off for a week now with no success.

Here's what you'll need to try:
Open the app and select the Fusion tile (shows picture of device) on the app's main screen. Scroll down to select de-register device and follow the prompts to do so.
Factory reset the Fusion at the beginning of the day after syncing the Fusion with the app (to avoid losing recorded activity): turn on the Fusion and swipe to the left of the time/date screen to select Apps>settings (gear icon)>Factory Reset>tap the check mark to confirm.
Delete the app. Deleting the app will not delete the data associated with your Striiv account. All data is stored on our servers.
Restart your phone.
Re-install the app and re-pair the Fusion with the app.
This should allow you to start fresh with new alarms. If you continue to have issues with alarms, email us at email@example.com and we'll diagnose further.
