I have so many tickets open right now it actually became a chore to check on them. today I peek in after a month or more and find Striiv at some point marked all my tickets solution suggested, most without any response.
So please check your tickets and let us know if you too suffer from this offense.
I opened a new ticket to complain and got a summary response. it appears if neither striiv nor the customer has updated the ticket within a month it closes. I've decided to treat my device as it behaves, a wildly inaccurate device under which large numbers mean greater effort has been expended with no correlation to specific real world countable items.
